The Big Move

Well we've finally made the big move! I'm back in my home town, which isn't the greatest town in the world, but it's ok.

Yesterday Vincent waved bye-bye for the first time. I caught it on camera! Hurrah!

So we've filled my parent's garage with our furniture, and we've also filled their house. Lucky they have such a big house and it looked very spacious beforehand. Now they just look incredibly rich with two living rooms, two plasma tvs, two xboxs...

Anyway, Now I've sorted myself out somewhat, I'm drafting new patterns and I'm very inspired.  So lookout for some great new gear :D

Oh and it's raining here. I love the rain.

I'm going to start a new blog for my mum. She's really into Raw Foodism and is pretty much vegan ((Except she eats honey)). She collects all these amazing recipes, and makes some of them up herself. So I'm going to write them down for her and take photos.

I have been a very busy little bee

I'm still in the process of taking photos of everything and uploading them etc. It takes forever on this computer ((my dad's))!

But here's some stuff I can show you!

By becoming a fan of Max California ((my label)) on Facebook, you are privvy to some great deals + savings and also you get to see my gear before I list it on my Etsy shop! Open up a new tab/window now and do that right now! But make sure you scroll down and check out these photos too!!

I've also got some things that are Made To Order, which I will be adding heaps of things to as we go. One of these Made To Order items, and also a cute baby product is the PANDA HOODIE!

Holy Cow, how could anything so cute grow inside of me? How come I didn't explode from the overload of cute in there? Oh wait...

The Panda Hoodies can be made up in any size for anyone. For a brand new little bb, to a little to to even human-sized ((I.e. YOU!)) I think I'm going to add little stumpy tails to the back too.

This top/mini dress was snapped up right away. Hurrah!

I reconstructed it from a teal top I scored from the thrift store and reconstructed everythign below the boobies! I'm a big fan of these ruffley, lacey heart-shaped pockets. Too Cute!

Also, I like my boobs in this photo >.< Because I've stopped breastfeeding, they first became massive and engorged then kinda lumpy and painful, and now these lifeless little tiny things. I swear they are smaller than their orginal size. They are easier to deal with though! Hurrah! ((If I wasn't considering having another baby in a year I'd get them repierced!))

Anyway, on to the next delicious little number!

I reconstructed this from a purple and black striped tee that said "Follow My Heart" across the chest.

I made it into a yoke and added ruffled black lace around it. I also added CUTE pockets! Hurrah. And the surprise back has a keyhole in the shape of a love heart.... awwwwww

I reconstructed this from a Patrick the Starfish tee. I HAD to buy the tee, because I had to make a matching shirt to the long lost Spongebob Recon I did that EVERYBODY loved, but got stolen off my clothesline. Yeh, yeh, we've heard that story a million times

It has a lined hood. And the sleeves are now striped. The back is completely black. Oh and it has a button at the neck.

Oh and BLOOMERS!

I need to take a closeup of these. They are white + black striped, and they have ruffles down each leg, with black lace. Radical. One of my friends commented "You still look hardcore, even in BLOOMERS!".

Le sigh, my days of being adorable are going to have to be put on the shelf for a while. It's time to act all tuff. Well with this hair style anyway :)

Oh Party people, check this out!

The leopard-print party skirt! FUN!

On a stretch waistband with stretch lace as a hem. It also has a black lace bow on the front. Frolic and knock back a few in this little delight!

The LoveHeart Bag...

Soo much cuteness! I should have carried some stuffed toys in there.

A pretty pink sweater that was GIANT OLD LADY sized, now cute rock + roll girl sized. With puiffed sleeves.

It woudl look good tucked into a waisted pencil skirt, or worn over skinnies. Pretty or Tuff? It's up to you!

I never promised you a rosegarden....

but um ISN'T IT CUTE! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
heart heart hearts!

It has two rows of black ruffled lace across the butt ((There's a butt photo on the facebook page))

And this little sailor-tee I made from scratch using this hilarious vintage fabric. The print has little sailors doing, a jig I guess? I think they're scottish because they have pom-poms on their hats + shoes. Heh heh.

That's all for now!

Oh I'm starting a new blog so I can keep track of my calorie/exercising stuff. I'm all over the place these days and if I'm not on Dad's computer, I am on his laptop, and whenever I'm back home ((hardly never)) I'm on my computer ((which I miss)) or at a last resort, my phone. So as you see, the internet stays in one place, so even if I'm all over the place, I can still keep track of stuff on here.

I'll probably post a link to it later.

Oh + another thing, I'm going to start a scrapbook of all mum's Raw Food recipes etc. I'm taking photos of her crazy meals and will probably blog about them too seeing's as I'll be typing them up for her.

Hurrah!

Oh + if you are a fan of Max California on facebook, SAY HELLO!
